Shipping Costs

Local pickup from designated locations is offered at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Requirements and Restrictions

We ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the U.S.

U.S. Territory Restrictions

We currently can only ship ground packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Certain products are prohibited or restricted from shipment by air to these territories. Items restricted from air shipment will display a “ship ground only” message on the product page.

Age and Signature Requirements

Tobacco products and alcohol have minimum age requirements for purchase and delivery in all states. These age requirements will be verified at checkout and upon delivery. An adult signature (age 21+ for tobacco/alcohol) will be required for all tobacco, alcohol, and some other deliveries. Valid photo ID must be presented to accept delivery.

Weight and Size Restrictions

Individual packages may not exceed 150 lbs in weight. Objects exceeding 6 feet in length are not able to be shipped. Oversize fees may apply for large or irregularly shaped objects.

Prohibited Items

We cannot accept or ship certain hazardous materials, dangerous goods, banned substances, illegal items, perishable items, live animals or plants. See the full list of prohibited items below.

5. Delivery Information

Receiving Packages

Packages are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure it is accurate and include your full street address.

Be sure the shipping address is one where someone will be available to accept the package during regular business hours. We are not able to redirect packages after transit begins.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Please use this information to track delivery status.

Some products may be delivered in multiple packages on different days based on availability.

Delivery Attempts

The shipping carrier will make several attempts to deliver your package if no one is available on the first try. Missed delivery may result in delays.

Carriers may have specific requirements for delivery attempts before returning a package to our facility. You may need to contact the carrier directly to schedule redelivery.

Receiving Updates and Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking link when your order ships. You can use this information to follow delivery progress.

Tracking information will indicate the date and time a delivery attempt was made and the next estimated delivery date. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.

Contact the shipping carrier directly if tracking has not updated after 2 business days since the delivery attempt.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery. Any damage or shortage must be reported to Bjs Customer Service within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Save all contents and packaging materials for inspection. Photograph any damage or missing contents before disposal.

We will work to resolve any verified issues reported on time. Claims reported later than 3 days after delivery may not be eligible for remedy.

Signature on Delivery

Certain orders will require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt. This includes orders with alcohol, tobacco, weapons, medication, high-value items, or hazardous materials.

You are responsible for ensuring an authorized person aged 21+ is available to accept and sign for deliveries containing age-restricted items like tobacco and alcohol.

6. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs for any items you need to send back to us unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

Shipping fees paid for delivery will not be refunded – you must pay any shipping costs to return items to us.

You may choose your preferred method of return shipping. Insurance and tracking are recommended but not required. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

International delivery times are estimates only and do not factor delays that may occur with customs clearance. We are not liable for any lost or damaged shipments resulting from customs inspection or transit delays. Lost or damaged international orders must be reported within 3 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
